SHIPPING POLICY

What Products Qualify for Free Shipping?

We offer Free Shipping on all products that are purchased through our Auto-Delivery Program.  Learn more here.

Do I Get Free Shipping if I Order a Non Auto-Delivery Item Along with an Auto-Delivery One?

No.  Combining a non auto-delivery item with your auto-delivery order will VOID free shipping of your auto-delivery order.  If you would like to order a non auto-delivery item, we strongly recommend that you place a separate order.

How Long Does My Order Take to Arrive Within the United States?

We ship via USPS.  Typically Standard Shipping takes 7-10 business days.  Priority Shipping takes 3-5 business days.

What About International Shipping?

We also ship International orders via USPS.  Typically Standard Shipping takes4-6 week.  Priority Shipping takes 2-4 weeks.  There may be additional delays due to customs in your country.

 

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

The Smell Good Co. offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee!  If you are unsatisfied with the results of any of our products, we will refund you the cost of the product.  Please see the Return Guidelines for more information.*

Will the Shipping Cost be Refunded?

Unfortunately, we do not refund the shipping costs.  Under certain circumstances however, shipping costs may be refunded back to you.  These circumstances are as follows:

• Item(s) shipped were not the same as ordered

• Item(s) shipped had expired dates or were defective

When Will I be Refunded?

A refund will be issued once the items returned have been received by The Smell Good Co. 

How Long do I Have to Request a Refund?

We allow for up to 30 days from the date of your order to contact us to request a refund.  Request can be done via email or by phone.
